POSITION – SALES CONSULTANT

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
  • Provide direction to the client’s sales team & personally drive efforts to ensure targets for the department are met consistently.
  • Manage inter & intra-department coordination to ensure timely implementation & delivery of dependencies.
  • Identifying sales opportunities
  • Following up with customers
  • Managing customer relationships, ensuring sales growth
  • Explaining the products to the customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent practical experience. (Mandatory)
  • Reading and learning habit is must
  • Business formals are must

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Business or Executive Management Role (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in a training company is an added advantage
  • Learning attitude is a must
  • Proven experience organizing and directing multiple clients and departments.
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form.
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity.
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Consulting experience with a focus on sales.

Purpose Of The Position

We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented telesales executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The telesales executive’s responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Initiating sales calls with potential customers over the phone.
  • Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
  • Listening to the customers’ needs to generate appointments for field sales staff.
  • Answering customers’ questions on the products.
  • Booking appointment for Team Leader and field sales
  • Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
